Silver-lining Views among the Laid-Offs

A new SnagAJob.com survey, suggest that some laid-off workers feel encouraged.  For an analysis of this survey, check out this article highlighting the companies started by laid-off people during this recession.

Other studies and data have already made the case for entrepreneurship during recessions. We now know that more than half of the 2009 Fortune 500 companies started in a recession or bear market. And nearly half of the firms on the 2008 Inc. list of America’s fastest-growing companies were launched during a recession or bear market.
