You feel lost about the number of possible legal forms to start your business? You want to know the key elements that determine the choice of a form of business? You want to know the differences between the self-employed status and employee? Then, this training is for you.

For whom?

This workshop is open to anyone with a business plan in the Brussels Region.

You will attend?

This session will allow you to:

Knowing the characteristics of the main types of companies and what are the tax issues arising;

Understand the functioning of social security contributions for independent and employer contributions;

Consider other legal aspects of your business plan (commercial lease, insurance ...)

By whom and how?

Kris Ticino, is counsel to the EBA. He will explain the different legal aspects of starting a business to give you the keys to understanding to make the best choices for your project. Obviously time is scheduled for questions and answers to enable you to capture the different elements.

How to register?

To participate, you must register via this form . Participation costs 20 €. It is free if you have a voucher ABE (coupon distributed at the session "Creating a business in Brussels: 10 Pitfalls").
