Sacha Judd is a partner at Buddle Findlay's Auckland office. She has a particular interest in assisting start-up companies at various stages in their development, including establishment, capital raising and exit. Start-up companies that Sacha acts for include Vend, PushPay, Letterboxd, My Tours, PocketSmith, Timely, WIP, Lil Regie and others.
Rowan Simpson is an experienced software developer, businessman and investor. Rowan was an early employee and investor at both Trade Me and Xero. In 2010 Rowan co-founded Southgate Labs, a Wellington-based software studio specialising in web and mobile applications. More recently, he was one of the original investors in Vend, where he remains actively involved as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Rowan is also involved in a number of other early-stage technology companies, including Timely, Fishpond and SMX.
